The Water Island Civic Association would like to thank you for your kind mention of our Association in your State of the Territory address last month.  We work very hard to be a productive partner with the V.I. Government and appreciate your recognition.

The Water Island Civic Association would like to invite you to speak to the residents at any time that your schedule permits, however the population on island is highest at this time of the year and you would be able to reach a larger percentage of both owners and renters.  It would be an honor to have you address your 2009 agenda concerning Water Island with us, as well as how the island might be affected by any Stimulus funding the Territory may receive.
